Shree Gulabkunverba Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya

This college was founded on 1st July 1946 as the united effort of students, teachers and Gulabkunverba Ayurvedic Society. It was affiliated to the State Faculty of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine, Bombay and later on with the Board in Gujarat. A course approved by C.C.I.M. is being conducted since 1976 awarding the degree of B.A.M.S. At present this college is a constituent college of the University. Total 14 teaching departments are available in this college.

The institute maintains a hospital with OPD and IPD facility of 100 indoor patients capacity. Hospital laboratories are attached with minimum capacity to analyze blood, urine and stool samples. Speciality OPD clinics on Diabetes and Mental Health is also run in this hospital.
